Vacancy Baker - Dough operator
Due to the growth of our company, we are looking for a technically-minded baker and/or dough operator. This is an executive and coordinating position to support the quality and production manager.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Making doughs independently and correctly based on the specified recipes
- Starting up the production line
- Correctly switching between the various productions
- Putting the workers to work on the line
- Supporting the quality manager and R&D manager with projects
Qualities
- Knowledge of the HACCP system
- Technological understanding of recipes
- Technically minded
- Hands-on mentality
- Ambitious and creative
- Sense of responsibility
Job requirements
- A technical degree or equivalent
- Experience is required
- Strong knowledge of Dutch
- Strong knowledge of English
- French is a plus
