Vacancy Baker - Dough operator

Due to the growth of our company, we are looking for a technically-minded baker and/or dough operator. This is an executive and coordinating position to support the quality and production manager.

Responsibilities and tasks

Making doughs independently and correctly based on the specified recipes
Starting up the production line
Correctly switching between the various productions
Putting the workers to work on the line
Supporting the quality manager and R&D manager with projects

Qualities

Knowledge of the HACCP system
Technological understanding of recipes
Technically minded
Hands-on mentality
Ambitious and creative
Sense of responsibility

Job requirements

A technical degree or equivalent
Experience is required
Strong knowledge of Dutch
Strong knowledge of English
French is a plus
